Kai Restaurant
Kai, meaning 'seed' in the Pima language, features a menu rich in creativity, history and Native American culture. Executive Chef Michael O'Dowd incorporates the essence of the Pima and Maricopa tribes and locally farmed ingredients from the Gila River Indian Community to create unforgettable masterpieces. July 1st through July 31st, Kai is open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, reservations are strongly recommended. To secure reservations by phone, please contact Restaurant Reservations, Tuesday through Thursday between 12pm & 5pm by calling 602-385-5726. Kai maintains a smart business casual dress code, which prohibits t-shirts, shorts, hats, open-toed sandals for gentlemen and denim is not preferred. As a courtesy to other diners, please refrain from using cell phones or laptops in the dining room.

Ko'Sin Restaurant
Ko'sin Restaurant will hold a Father's Day Brunch on the lighter side, featuring omelets made to order, a buffet of smoked meats, breads, juices and cereals as well as an array of salads, garlic mashed potatoes, and enhancements including Flank Steak over Bleu Cheese and Crimini Risotto. The brunch will take place Sunday, June 20th from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the Resort's Ko'Sin restaurant and offers indoor seating at $33 per adult, $29.50 for seniors, $16.50 for children 5-12 years old and is free for children four and under. Reservations are recommended for this event.

Lobby Bar
Light bites and signature cocktails are found in this perfect retreat set beneath a cascading waterfall and featuring unparalleled views.

Vasip (Coffee Shop)
The Starbucks® branded coffee bar located in the lower lobby offers a variety of morning snacks as well as your favorite coffee and natural drinks. Vasip is open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM Monday through Friday and 6:30 AM until noon Saturday and Sunday.

Hanyo Grill (Poolside)
Truly an oasis in the desert, Hanyo, meaning 'oasis' in the Maricopa language, is set among the spectacular swimming pools and the recreated Gila River.

Aji Café
Our Aji Café offers a menu with healthy lunch options prepared on site by the Aji Café Chef. Lunch is available Sunday – Thursday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday – Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Sivlik Grill
Located at the Whirlwind Golf Club, the new clubhouse restaurant offers a unique dining experience including creative cuisine, picturesque desert views and mountain vistas and the opportunity to enjoy a boat cruise to and from the restaurant along the Gila River.

Our Convention Services staff will help guests plan events in over 180,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space. Designed to inspire, our function rooms are named after Sonoran Desert animals, local mountain ranges and feature earth tones and cultural designs. Our two main ballrooms offer 17,000 square feet and 15,000 square feet of flexible space with ample foyer space. In addition, our Junior Ballroom is 7,200 square feet. Nineteen breakout rooms in all offer a variety of meeting and seating options. The three ballrooms display murals in subtle tones with images based on ancient figures representing music and dancing in the two Main Ballrooms, while baskets and pottery designs adorn the Junior Ballroom.

Offering a blend of skill and creative talent, we can help our guests create an event tailored to their needs and interests, with touches of our regional cuisine and flavor. Whirlwind Golf Club is a truly unique Southwest golf experience sensitively designed to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Gila River Indian Community.

Surrounded by spectacular mountains and managed by Troon Golf, this unique golf venue is also home to the PGA's Nationwide Insurance Tour, Gila River Golf Classic held every year in October.

The two courses, Devil's Claw and Cattail, are masterpieces developed by Gary Panks that will impress and challenge golfers of all skill levels. Featuring pristine and uncluttered views of the Sierra Estrella Mountains, the courses showcase the beauty of the natural terrain.

Aji, meaning "Sanctuary" in the Pima language is appropriately named after the nearby Aji Mountain located on the Gila River Indian Community where women and children would go in times of war. Aji Mountain is still one of the Community's most sacred treasures and fittingly, Aji Spa is where sacred Pima and Maricopa traditions are practiced and shared.

Offering the only authentic Native American spa menu in existence, the Indigenous Collection features treatments and activities designed and practiced by Aji's Pima and Maricopa Cultural Caretakers. The ancient Pima and Maricopa cultures are also showcased throughout the spa in design elements, artwork, architecture and shared legends.
